Kim will create a full program that includes daily mediation and yoga, outdoor cardio activities such as hiking, running, etc, customized workouts, as well as curate a nutrition plan. She will work with you before she arrives through her health consultation to discover your health history and the ways you love to eat and move.

Kim works with chefs as well as other healing practitioners from sound healers to breath work, AcroYoga, Chinese tea ceremonies, at an extra cost. Reach out to Kim today to set up your very own wellness retreat from the comfort of your own home.

Duration: Kim has hosted Bootcamps for anywhere from 7-30 days. Whether you’re looking for a quick reset or a full transformation, Kim can accommodate your needs.

Overview

Food Allergy Testing

Before Kim arrives, it is strongly recommended that you take a food-allergy test so that anti-inflammatory meals can be incorporated into the menu and we can avoid any known allergens. Please talk to your health care provider to facilitate and check in with Kim for any questions.

Goal Setting 

At the beginning of our time together we will go over your goals, take measurements and pictures. We will check-in to keep track of your progress and make any adjustments to ensure you reach your goal. 

Meal Preparation 

Before arriving, we will go over food preferences and any food allergies or dietary restrictions. I will give you a guide on what your meals should look like based on that information. Upon arriving we will clean out any hidden junk food from the fridge or cabinets and do a healthy food shop if it’s not already taken care of. *Kim is not a chef – but will work with you or your chef to bring your meal plan to life. Kim can also bring a healthy chef at your request for an additional fee.

Yoga Fusion 

Starts the day off right by going inward, quieting your mind, and connecting with your body. After ten minutes of mediation, we will begin to flow, focusing on breath and balance as you move through yoga poses combined with bodyweight exercises to create long lean muscles. 

Cardio Sessions

Depending on recovery from previous workouts we will either hike or run for cardio. We will find beautiful trails for a more relaxed form of cardio and for more intense workouts will have longer runs and interval training to get our cardio in each day. *your location may give us other cardio options as well

Afternoon HIIT- High-Intensity Interval Training

HIIT is a training technique that involves intense bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by varied periods of low-intensity active rest, or complete rest. These sessions will be an hour of full-body workouts.

Evening Stretch & Meditation

To end each day we will check-in and discuss how you feel, stretch what’s feeling tight, and take you back to your heart center with a ten-minute mediation to relax you back for a peaceful night's sleep.

Day of Rest

Recovery is just as important as the workout itself! Regardless of your program duration, there will be a day of rest incorporated each week. Kim encourages you to book a massage or acupuncture appointment during that day.
