10 things I'm loving right now

A few weeks ago I shared a poll on my Instagram asking if you'd be interested in seeing more health tips, products, and holistic healing techniques I love. There was a resounding YES– so, I’m SO excited to share some of the things I’ve been loving this summer.

I'm back home in LA after a blissful 21 days spent in Jackson Hole last month for an in-home Bootcamp. Our days were filled with hiking, yoga, workouts, tea ceremonies, and I even managed to squeeze in wake surfing! It was incredible.

I’m also thrilled to launch my new 30 Day Transformation Program. There are only 10 spots available– and I’d love to work with YOU! Click the button below to learn more about the program and claim your spot for this fall.

I’m so lucky that one of my dearest friends, Mia, serves traditional ceremonial Chinese tea. A tea ceremony is served in silence and is meant as a form of meditation. It usually lasts an hour and the emotions that come up are so beautiful to witness. Some days I had tears, followed by a massive release. Other times I experienced the deepest sense of gratitude. I’m so thankful she was able to part of our experience in Jackson Hole and highly recommend trying this new-to-me form of meditation!

Seed Daily Symbiotic. I love the science behind these supplements! I had to take antibiotics way too often while fighting Lyme disease and my gut got destroyed. Seed is both a pre AND probiotic which means it helps repair the gut and improve digestive health, skin health, heart health, and gut barrier integrity. Our guts are directly linked to our brain. When my gut is off my brain fog comes back, and Seed plays a major part in keeping me balanced. If you're interested in trying, grab 15% off using my code: KIM.

Let’s talk about sun protection. For hiking or working out outside I like Eve Lom. It’s a great, lightweight SPF 50 that doesn’t leave me feeling greasy. I also love Supergoop! They are a clean beauty product and reef safe which is extra important to me for protecting our oceans. I'm loving their new Glowscreen (SPF 40) for a little extra shimmer.

Adding a nutritional boost to my daily cup of joe with Vital Proteins coconut collagen creamer. Dairy-free, Paleo-friendly, and Whole30 approved, I put a scoop of this in my coffee every morning. I love how creamy and delicious it makes my coffee and it’s great for hair, skin, nails. It's so easy to do this one thing every day!

Speaking of routines, I make a daily smoothie with bone broth for breakfast. Ancient Nutrition Bone Vanilla is my favorite. Not only is this a great source of protein but it’s also great for gut health. Any product is 20% off with my code: KIM_STROTHER

  • 1 scoop of bone broth protein

  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk

Smoothies and wraps are about as creative as I get in the kitchen. But as an East Coast gal, a good Italian meal will always have my heart. I 'm all about having clean pasta products on hand that make it easy to put together a meal. Cappello's grain-free pasta has long been my go-to. And if you're a lasagna lover, check out my recipes using their lasagna sheets here!

The Alternating Curtsy Lunge. My favorite way to target your booty and inner thigh.

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, hands on hips. Take a big step back, crossing it like a curtsy, and lunge. Keep your torso upright and your hips and shoulders facing as straight forward as possible. Return to start and switch to the other side.
Set a timer for 1 minute and repeat 2-3xs.

Keto cookie dough bites for a sweet snack. This is the perfect snack especially when I’m on the go! My favorite flavor is the chocolate chip cookie dough. It’s sweetened with monk fruit so it won't spike your blood sugar (huge!). I think it brings me back to sneaking in the fridge as a kid and eating raw cookie dough. I can’t get enough!

The new Theragun Elite mini massager may just be my best friend. I take it everywhere! Obviously, it’s great to use when I’m sore from a workout or have a kink from traveling but it’s also great to use before I workout to help warm up my body. I also love turning it on before I go to sleep to help relax my body.

Adrenal support. We tend to go, go, go all summer so adding this supplement is key (or anytime you're feeling extra stress, really). After dealing with Lyme my adrenals were completely shot. I tried so many brands of adrenal support and I have to say this one by Gaia has made the most noticeable difference. I can get stressed fairly easy so a once-daily dose actually keeps me feeling much calmer.

New!

I’m so excited to launch my new 30 Day Transformation Program! It was designed to be an accessible way to get 1-one-1 support from a personal trainer (me!). It’s been a challenging year, and without group fitness or the gym, most of us are left to our own devices. Yes, there are tons of online fitness options – but with so much to choose from, it can be hard to know what’s right for your body and personal health goals.
