Together you will create a personalized fitness plan & build healthy habits to drive sustainable results. When you purchase this package, your spot will be reserved and Kim will email you to coordinate your kickoff date.

30m-1hr Consultation Call: On this kickoff call, Kim will assess your current habits & fitness goals. Together you will make a plan to achieve them through movement & food.
Customized Meal Plan + Food Recommendations PDF
Customized Workout Plan PDF
4 1hr Personal Training Sessions: This package includes a weekly personal training session with Kim on Zoom. She will guide you through the best exercises for your body.
This is a 30-day program that must be completed within 30 days of your start date.
Same-day Cancellations: Kindly note that if you cancel your session same-day, you lose your session.
